I help exhausted moms and dads teach their little ones to sleep well using a compassionate, responsive, and effective approach. I have my Masters in Psychology as well as certifications in newborn and pediatric sleep, and I am passionate about providing evidence-based sleep support that feels good to you. I currently live in Denver, Colorado with my husband, two kids, and rescue dog.

As your Pediatric Sleep Consultant and the founder of Snooze Baby Co., it is my goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to help your child sleep well. To help you reclaim that parenting joy that you desire. To release you from restrictive fears about baby sleep and prioritize a secure loving connection with your child. BABY SLEEP SUPPORT 

(4 months - 17 months)

PRESCHOOL SLEEP SUPPORT

(ages 3-5)
