Meet Jillian

Hi, I’m Jillian Kozlowski, M.A., Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Owner of Snooze Baby Co. My husband, two kids, and I recently settled in Denver, and we are exploring all that the Colorado life has to offer.

And I absolutely love my job. I help exhausted parents teach their children to sleep well so that they can come out of survival mode and enjoy rest and joy-filled days.

Using an empathetic, compassionate, and responsive 1-on-1 method that is rooted in sleep science and encourages a strong and loving bond with your child, I provide you with the tools you need to teach your child to sleep well and empower you with the knowledge and confidence to be a well-rested family.

I know the depths of sleep deprivation and overwhelm that you are feeling because I have been in your shoes.

 

 
 

It doesn’t feel like long ago that I was hanging on by a thread, feeling like we had tried everything to help our daughter sleep well.

 
 

We felt like we had read all the books …

And tried way too many tips and tricks. On top of that, we received tons of well-intentioned advice, but nothing seemed to work for our daughter. The lack of sleep was affecting everything in our lives. I doubted myself as a mother and dreaded every single night. My husband and I were exhausted, grumpy at each other all the time, struggling to perform at work, not enjoying parenthood as we had hoped, all while watching our daughter in a constant state of overtiredness.

 
 

I knew something needed to change but had no idea how we could get the rest we all needed. And partly, I didn’t think I needed any outside support. Sleep was supposed to be something I could figure out…

 
 
 

When we finally reached out for support, through a sleep consultant, we were so skeptical. But we were also desperate (can I say that one more time?).

I will never forget that first call, because within a matter of weeks our life and parenting journey was permanently changed. And I don’t say that lightly.

Within a week, our daughter, who had only “slept through the night” a handful of times her first 14 months and nursed 3-5 times a night to fall asleep was falling asleep independently and sleeping through the night for 12 hours within a week.

It felt like a miracle.

HEY, it’s nice to meet you!

I am a wife and mother to 2 kiddos, a toddler daughter and baby boy, as well as a 90lb Great Pyrenees mix, Chip.

Some of my biggest weaknesses are coffee shops (chai tea latte please!), live music, dancing, any body of water (I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico), and spending time with my family. I love laughing and making others laugh. My husband says I’m like an overtired toddler when I get my silly/goofy energy at the end of the night before bed.

Supporting parents is truly my passion, and I absolutely love what I do!

 
 
 

 I have spent my whole life leading to this work without even knowing it.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology. I have vast knowledge in behavioral and developmental psychology, including teaching university-level coursework in Human Development, with extensive knowledge of attachment theory. I know the research around secure attachment and parenting, and I can guide you in an individualized approach that will prioritize your child’s needs.

BABY SLEEP SUPPORT
