  • Preliminary evaluation to understand your unique child and family

  • Personalized sleep plan for your child

  • Live 90 minute 1-on-1 Zoom consultation to walk through your family’s sleep plan together and answer your questions live

  • Three weeks of 1-on-1 follow-up support:

    • App to log your child’s sleep during plan implementation and daily log monitoring by Snooze Baby Co. for 3 weeks

    • Text/audio messaging support for 3 weeks (checked twice daily Mon-Sat from 9AM-4PM)

    • Wrap-up call at the end of the 3 weeks to celebrate your success and empower you to continue with your sleep wins

  • Future support:

    • One 30 minute phone call to be used within 6 months
